I drink an XL tea from Timmies (Canadian thing
) every day, two bags of green tea in it, nothing else.
Do you think I can count this towards water? It takes me all morning to drink it so getting in another 2-3 L for the day would be difficult.................

Yes, it's till 98% water. If your urine is clear you are hydrated.0

I was only logging my pure water cups on here. I log my tea in the diary. I'm just seeing how it affects my weight loss vs. drinking only tea. So far I think I burn more calories because I'm getting up to pee every 30 minutes. (Not really seeing anything yet.)0 -
