    Today I did my 45 minutes spinning for 285 calories and add cross fit to complete 170 calories more! I am watching my meal plan to reach my 500 calories deficit!

    30 minutes of weights and 50 minutes of cardio today. This evening to the hot tub with hubby.

    that is good water will make your food taste better and starting a workout is always a good plan! have fun doing it!
