60lbs down

I started my journey in August 2012. I lost 60 lbs in the first year. Then I hit a plateau. In the last month I have started losing weight again (9 lbs) Yay Me! I took baby steps, 1st I cut out all soda & tea, next I added vegetables to my diet, then I started counting calories. In January 2013 I joined a gym and in July I started doing Zumba & I love it. I still have about 35 lbs to lose but it really is not the number on the scale that I am going for. It is being healthy, looking and feeling my best.
