    Today I did my 45 minutes spinning for 285 calories and add cross fit to complete 170 calories more! I am watching my meal plan to reach my 500 calories deficit!

    Well done! Today in about an hour and a half I'm going to the gym with my roommate :)

    I'm staying under my calorie goal and I swam 250 yards.

    30 minutes of weights and 50 minutes of cardio today. This evening to the hot tub with hubby.

    I drank water instead of pop and tonight I'll be starting 30 Day Shred. :-)

    that is good water will make your food taste better and starting a workout is always a good plan! have fun doing it!
