Today I did my 45 minutes spinning for 285 calories and add cross fit to complete 170 calories more! I am watching my meal plan to reach my 500 calories deficit!0

I'm staying under my calorie goal and I swam 250 yards.0

30 minutes of weights and 50 minutes of cardio today. This evening to the hot tub with hubby.0
