Re-group, Re-think, Re-act

I have been on My fitness pal since August. I have lost 56lbs--which is super fantastic. Problem is I just don't have the drive, attention to details, and habits built to continue. No, maybe I should rephrase that. I have not went back to my old ways of eating. I still log everything and stay under calories. I just haven't been exercising much for some reason. I need to spark myself back into gear, because I have come too far to not get to my goal. I have (at the minimum) at least 20 more pounds that need to be shed. Can anyone share any encouraging words to get me going again instead of sitting at a "this is good enough for now" outlook???

With a 56 pound weight loss I will say you inspire me ... and I'm impressed.

And I'll encourage you keep at it, because you're going to inspire others.

and you're going to feel incredible when you drop those other 20 pounds :)

Seriously, you have come a long way and you are doing something right. It may help to come up with some fitness goals to encourage you to work towards them. :flowerforyou:

Maybe it's time to try a new form of exercise? Think out of the box. I'm going to try a SkyRobics class at an indoor trampoline park tonight, and I'm thinking about rock climbing in the near future. If you are tired of the gym, try something different. Any team sports in your area?
