Vacation Plan??

I am leaving for vacation next week and I am wondering if I should try and stay with the same exact things I am eating now and now indulge at all or am I allowed to indulge a little? I do not drink, so it will just be going out to eat often. Places include hibachi, italian, brunch

    If you you can stay at or below your maintenance calories, then great.


    If you go over, GOOD

    oh right i keep forgetting I can look everything up! haha
  • avoid a lot of carbs and sugars. Try eating protein and lots of veggies and you will be fine and losing weight, although you don't look like you need to lose any weight.

    Thank you, but I really want to drop 11 pounds and be at my goal weight of 120 by mid-May
