This is a continuation of a group that has run for many months. It is open to anyone who wants to participate. Post your weekly weights, your successes and struggles, and give support to the person above you!

    The Feb challenge was my first one. I may not have lost the 5lbs I wanted to but I did move into a smaller size and that to me is more satisfaction than a number on the scale! :)

    I did MFP two years ago and did well. I've kept it off, but wanted to go further. I tried another program, but it was just too generic. I plan to continue MFP for a maintenance program also.

    Yes please! Each month my goal is to lose ~5 pounds. Although if I lose 8 pounds this month I will no longer be "overweight" by BMI standards :)
