one month in my journey

so far it has been very successful. i am 5'7" i have gone from a 22 to an 18.still not brave enough to get on a scale. went down to a ladies 9 in underpants. i was a tight 10. swim suit fits and is getting baggy in the butt. i walk daily for my exercise and portion control. i allow my hubby to take me out to eat every other week. we have been going to Sweet Tomatoes which is a salad bar buffet. i got my first comment noticing my weight loss today from a friend who didnt know i was actively trying to lose weight. cant wait to see my progress one month from now.
