    Strangers (both men and women) at the gym occasionally say things like, "Wow, you're really strong!" when they follow me on a machine and they have to adjust the weight down after I've finished. I think it's a compliment. (Or else it was just them being surprised because I LOOK so weak and scrawny. Then that would make it a little backhanded.) :laugh:

    When I told my husband this he said, "...as if your ego wasn't big enough already." It's true. I'm awesome. :wink:
