I am a Kiwi and joined yesterday. I live about 3.5 hr south of Auckland near Te Awamutu. The good news about living in the wops is that I grow most of my own veggies and fruit but the bad news is that I am a long, long ways from a gym. I am 5'1, 145 pounds and I need to lose about 25 of those. I am hoping that a food diary will help because I have had no luck otherwise with weight loss.0

I'm from Sydney, Aus. Already Lost 15kg on my shredding phase after I bulked to 100kg.
Im running a fitness page on facebook called Beginners Fitness Movement, where myself and a couple mates post advice and answer your questions about anything fitness related that you are unsure about.

I don't log food any more (happily plodding along in maintenance and I'm terribly boring in that I pretty much eat the same thing every day), but I'm pretty much on MFP every day, logging my exercise and chatting (a little too much!).0
