So I've got the Aria Scale which shows body fat %, now i know these aren't accurate as such but they should roughly be accurate right?
Ive had it for about a week and it shows that I've lost about 4 lb however my body fat has gone up 1%
I think I've been walking a lot more than i used to so surely my body fat could not have gone up? especially with the weight loss.
opinions?
Am i just being silly and does 1% not matter at all?

I've got this http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0033AGBW0/ref=wms_ohs_product?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The body fat is affected by how dehydrated you are, how much sodium you had the day before etc. If you measure it everyday you will see some days it fluctuates a lot.
It doesn't matter, if you are losing inches and losing pounds, then you're on the right track.0
