Go see a doctor for proper health care. Not being mean, but, from what you are saying it sounds as if a mental issue might be underlying in there.

Get help before you hurt your body running on 800-900 calories with exercise.

Throw in a couple snacks of something like almonds. It's not a whole lot of food but it's calorie dense and will bump up your net calories.

I have the same problem, but I find that I make up for it in the wine I drink. Does that matter, that it's a couple of glasses of wine getting me to my calorie goal? (I know it's empty calories... but does that affect anything, since I'm eating well balanced meals along with snacks?)

There is nothing wrong with dietary fat. Fat does not make you fat....no wonder you can't get enough calories...too many "don'ts" on your list.

Olive oil, nuts, nut butter, avocado....all sources of healthy fat. Roast veggies in olive oil & garlic. Spread PB on apple slices. Toss nuts (or avocado) on your salad.

Eating 800-900 calories long term..... you will lose "weight" .......but you will lose fat+muscle....and eventually your hair will fall out. Your heart, lungs, kidneys, etc need calories everyday. They will get the calories wherever they can.

If you truely "gain" if you eat more than 900 calories..........you have 3 choices.........
    1. You have a metabolic disorder & a doctor's appointment is a good idea
    2. You are eating more than you think .....consider weighing your food
    3. Calorie burns are inflated.....you are burning less than you think
