Not to the left or the right, but in the middle?
So are you:
A processed food eater only (to the left to illustrate)
A clean eater only (to the right)
Or one who moderates both (middle)?
I'm willing to bet that the majority here are in the middle. I know I am.

try to eat clean but I'm a mom on the run

I try to stay to the right because I find it's mentally better on me, but due to my addiction to food, i'm in the middle .. some days, wayyy to the left!0

I'm in the middle. I love my vegetables and whole foods, and I never really acquired a taste for much fast food or things from a box, but alas I am crazy busy most days and sometimes things happen. Also, have you met cake?0

I eat cleaner when the fruits and veggies I like are in season. I discovered farmer's markets last year

But I have no problems incorporating processed foods into my diet.0 -
Definitely middle. I eat a lot less processed food than I did a year ago when I started, but I do still indulge. I'm just a middle ground fence sitter

I am very much to the right , for no other reason than that's the culture I grew up in and that's what I like to this day. It's also the food that made me fat, because I ate too much.
I do however make the occasional field trip towards the middle....lol, for example to buy bagels and cream cheese, or a few bottles of hot sauce, or some Doritos every couple of month.0 -

Between the middle and the right...so middle-middle? Sometimes I eat at Subway. And yes, I know my insides will turn to yoga mats. But very little processed food in the house...where I eat 80+% of my food.0

That yoga mat BS is so dumb. Practically all breads used the same chemical.................for years and years. Scare mongering is the media's way of creating controversy.Between the middle and the right...so middle-middle? Sometimes I eat at Subway. And yes, I know my insides will turn to yoga mats. But very little processed food in the house...where I eat 80+% of my food.
Like ALL chemicals (which everything is made of) the amount in an item matters.
