Insanity Nutrition and Exercise questions

HIYA ALL!!

Ive been doing the insanity workout since Monday and im struggling to not go over fats and get to the right protein and carb allowance.
Im 5"4, 21 years old and weigh about 145lbs so ive worked out I should be eating around 1700 a day and from looking at past advice ive set my macros to 40:40:20.
I just wondered if anyone could take a quick peek at my diary since monday and see if im doing okayish?
Also add me up :))
Im also struggling to tell whether im tensing my core or not haha. Sounds silly but sometimes i struggle to catch my breath as im doing it.
