    Sarah, 1st of all U look SUPER... & what a transformation....AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!......Question: Does the EAT CLEAN DIET apply to women only? I need a drastic change & a transformation in my life today......just observing ur pics & your story has me motivated to the TRANSFORMATION.......I have read here and there & I seem to be lost. I have communicated w/ a trainer on MFP, however it's not working out well...He's too busy or something like that...I desperately want the change. I am not the sharpest tool in the shed so I seek out advice from individuals like yourself who are living proof that "IT DOES WORK".......so is the EAT CLEAN DIET for me also? Your response is greatly appreciated.......:happy:
