Hi all, been using MFP (properly) for the last 3 weeks since I started the Juice Plus Complete programme. I have lost 10lbs so far going from 14.4st to 13.8st in three weeks. I have been following the plan pretty well but had the odd couple of naughty moments! First week was super hard but its been getting easier, im now in my 4th week with my next weigh day on Tuesday!
Before starting this I had (and still do!) a total food obsession - I cant ever stop thinking about food, arghh! But this is getting less and less of an issue each week and I am finding myself wanting to reach for an apple instead of a bag of crips and that gives me motivation :>
I came on these message boards today as I am having a particularly tough day and thought this might take my mind of the tin of chocolates sitting in the bru area (working in an office is evil).
Anyway, I look forward to meeting some cool people who can understand my pain and who can give me any advice and motivational tips to keep going! ^-^

Great job! I have a food obsession as well -- I just love to eat! But it is getting better since I keep healthy snacks available most times.
I am sorry you are having a tough day -- don't give in to those chocolates . Try to take a walk or get moving so your day may improve. You can add me as a friend if you like.0 -

And thanks everyone else too - I resisted the chocolates and had a green tea instead! Not quite the same but I felt better for it afterwards lol ^^0 -

Anyone can add me :drinker: I also have had a very hard time with food, and am finding that is changing the longer I stay on Keto. The drive to stuff myself with cookies and crisps is only a dull murmur now :bigsmile:0

You can add me if you like. I'm not sure how the friend thing works yet. I've only done my fitness pal for a week, and this is my first day in the forums. You replied to my earlier post about low calorie snacks with the one I'm most excited to try. The salt and vinegar rice cakes. The potato chips were my favorite. Glad to have a replacement go to snack. I'm also glad I found the forum. It's nice to have encouragement at those times you feel you're slipping.0
