I was feeling down, until I looked at my face (PIC)

Hey all

I've been on a low-carb, clean-eating journey for almost two years now and have hit several bumps in the road. I'm currently doing a Whole 30 (day 14) and have been feeling great physically, though I was starting to get down on myself because the progress was hard to see.

That is, until I did a side-by-side comparison of myself two years ago and myself today.

Left is approximately 200 pounds (I'm 5'6'') and the right, which I took this morning, is probably around 165, though I don't know for sure (not weighing myself until the end of my Whole 30!)

Anyway, I just wanted to share, especially for all of you whose journey has been as slow and filled with mistakes as mine... you can do it! Take pride and enjoy the journey, it makes the destination (whatever that may be for you) all the better.
