    I will update tomorrow if I go down--but I doubt I will in one night. My goals also include finishing C25K this month so I can run the entire 5K I am signed up for in April. I want to increase my strength training.

    My reward will be a new long sleeved running shirt so I can run outside more!

    The Feb challenge was my first one. I may not have lost the 5lbs I wanted to but I did move into a smaller size and that to me is more satisfaction than a number on the scale! :)

    Additional Goal: I just bought a new belt. I didn't try it on before I left the store, so it barely fits, I can fasten it at the very first set of holes. My goal is to be able to fasten the belt on the second set of holes.

    A bit higher this morning than when I weighed in yesterday for the last day of the Feb challenge, but I'm not stressing over it. Just a good reason not to weigh in for two days in a row, crazy fluctuations.
