    I swear I don't eat protein powder that much, and I do eat chicken more often then Ground beef. And I have not had that many Donuts, maybe 2 one day, then 2 the next day that's it.

    Mine is sorta split up different cause of my currently awful work schedule so it goes by time of day since I could just as well be working an overnight but never really knew where to log my food because of it.

    Midnight - 4am:
    1) eggs
    2) banana
    3) blueberries
    4) grapes
    5) raspberries

    4am - 8am:
    1) bananas
    2) whole wheat bread
    3) no salt melba toast
    4) spinach
    5) skim milk

    8am - noon:
    1) cucumber

    noon - 4pm:
    1) peanut butter
