OK so I didn't take photos before (I was too ashamed lol) but have a photo a few weeks before I started (so I look a bit weird, but it was a night out!). After pics on day 36 (though technically not day 36, just 36 of me doing it as I had to take two weeks off in the middle as I got flu).
I turn 30 in a few months and wanted to be at my 21st size and weight. I'm still 14 lb heavier than that but am more or less at the same inches (still an inch bigger on most areas).

Chest 38 37 1 inch
L bicep 12 11 1 inch
R bicep 11.5 10.5 1 inch
Waist 31.5 28 3.5 inches
Hips 45 42 3 inches
L thigh 26.5 25 1.5 inches
R thigh 26 24.5 1.5 inches
L calf 17 16 1 inch
R calf 18 15.5 2.5 inches
weight (kg) 76 70 6 kg / 1 stone/ 14 lb
Total lost inches = 16!
SO pleased with myself! No one at work has noticed but I feel so much better! I can run for the train and not get puffed! I was really unhealthy before - overeating by about 500 cal and never did exercise. If I can, anyone can!

Its hard to see the progress with your before shot, but its great that you've got the confidence now to take "proper" progress shots so you can have visuals. I'm looking forward to your next update after month 2!

Im in my fourth week of insanity. i've lost 2.75 inches in my waist (my problem area) and am starting to see some definition, like obliques (i have never before in my life seen my obliques haha), arms, legs and back.
Im 6 feet tall and weigh 138 pounds.
i eat around 1800 calories per day, but im not getting enough protein. i dont know if i should try a protein shake, because supplements scare me. any advice here?
