    Current: 121lb
    I can squeeze into my size 3/4 jeans but they're still uncomfortable, so still 5/6.

    Goal: Hit 110 and see if I need to go lower or stay where I am. I'd like to be in a size 2.

    I'm 5"3 and 135lbs.

    I'm an ex rugby player, and do a lot of running, so it has to be said a lot of that weight is in my legs muscles. My body fat percentage is fairly low, but it could certainly stand to be lower.

    Measurements: 36"-26"-36" (Perfect hourglass - a shape I'd like to keep!)

    I'd like to get to 120lbs, which judging by this thread is the starting weight for a lot of you, but finding it very difficult at the moment due to a combination of poly-cystic ovarian syndrome and a chronic pain condition.

    Goal: to gain lean muscle.

    EDIT: Was 100 before I started strength training; I had no muscle on me at all prior to that. One thing about a small body, as you all know, is it's easier to see positive results quickly. :) At least I have experienced this.

    been here for 2 yrs, have lost 4 pant sizes ..... not interested in losing weight, interested in lowering body fat and maintaining my muscle.....

    Currently in the process of my first bulk. I don't really care too much what I weigh anymore, as long as I'm progressing in lifts and visually happy with myself. The scale now is just a tool to ensure I am gaining/losing at an optimal speed. My goal is muscle!

  • I'm 5'5 and my starting weight (first few days of this current year) was 151, the heaviest I have ever been. I'm currently at 135, but my goal is 125, about a size 2-4 for my frame. Getting married in June so I am pumped to see how much my dress needs to be altered (and not excited about the $$! ????)

  • I am 27 years old, 5 ft 3.5 inches and weigh 9 stone 10 pounds which works out to be about 136 pounds ( this is the most I've ever weighed

    I am aiming to be 112 - 120 pounds which should take me to between 8 - 8 1/2 stone which I think is about right for my height and build

    It's great to know so many people around my height have similar weight starts and goals!! :-)

    Hi!

    I'm 5' 3", Weight currently 234. (originally I was 270). Dropped from a size 22 to a 16 since December and lost 5inches off my natural waist by lowering calories to 1000-1100/day and cutting out the majority of sugars and carbs.

    Goals:
    Weight 160
    size 12-14
