Previous total: 24
Pushed through a 2 hour run/walk this afternoon to add 10 miles. Whew!
34 down, 66 to go.
I think I might start on those 50 elliptical miles tomorrow.

Previous total 20.16 + 1.7 (yesterday's walk) = 21.86
Wasn't really "feeling it' but 1.7 was better than nothing. Followed up by some zumba and kickboxing. I'll get to that 100, yes I will!0 -

I update whenever I have additional miles to add. It helps me to remember how far I have walked. If you don't want to record every miles here, it may be helpful to keep an exercise journal.0 -
got a quite busy and distracted from this goal, but thought i'd check out the board. Everyone is doing a great job!! Large bits of the goal down, and not even that far into December! I think I must make myself get out there tomorrow!!0

+4 mile run for a total of 38 so far. 62 running miles and 43 elliptical miles left.
I was also not feeling it today and I probably wouldn't have pushed through if I didn't have this challenge in the back of my mind. So, thank you all for the motivation today. Keep it up friends!0 -
I completed another 9 miles of running!!!! My goal is 150 miles total. 126 more miles to go!!!!0

Not sure why but running is seeming a bit of a struggle lately. I usually have days where I can put my mind to it and enjoy a good 4-5 mile run. I'm sure I'll work through it. I always do.0 -

First time to see this today but perfect timing and distance to keep me motivated. I will run 150k starting today where I ran 22 ... oh, and it hurt!0

Ran 6.7 this morning. 48.2 down, still a lot of miles to go and 2 weeks to get it done. Time to crank it up a notch.0

Yikes a little behind schedule ... life gets in the way of running! Will have to do over 50km for each of the next two weeks. Not sure I can brave the cold rain tomorrow morning though.

I dropped the ball a while here. Wasn't feeling too great and wasn't enjoying my walks or runs, so switched activities for a while. Did some Jillian, some zumba, and kept moving. Back out today for a run and it was better.0 -
A painful 17km today ... maybe after my first ever intervals yesterday? Disappointed as I'd planned on 20 but the legs just weren't great and the rain that was forecast to stop at 12 lingered till 2 so it was later and colder than I'd wanted. Not sure I can do 80k in 10 days but I'll be happy if I finish my 150k within the year.0
