Hey I am on day 7 of Medifast / Wonderslim 5&1 plan. Anyone else doing either one of these? I am looking for daily mfp users. I am a daily logger and I have been for a long time. I want to make some mfp friends who are on meal replacement shakes and foods. Add me if you are.

    I'm late to respond but I just made my order this past weekend! I hope to start by this weekend if my shipment arrives this week.
