New to Cathe workouts -- where to start?

I see that Cathe has a lot of fans on this board. I would like to get a variety of workout DVDs for home. I need challenging workouts that burn a lot of calories and are low impact. Is it best to buy a series, or are there individual DVDs that you recommend? Thanks so much!

  • I have the low impact series and I love it! It is exactly what you described. Low impact, variety, challenging. The only one not "challenging" is yoga relax but it's good for an active recovery day.
