can it screw you up?

I have been following my calories correctly & exercising 6 days a week at the gym for at least 2 hours! I went to weigh in this morning & I didnt gain but I also didnt loose!! Can that time of the month do anything to screw that up? Because its that time for me.

    Yes, absolutely. A lot of women (like me) gain a few lbs of water weight during that time of month! It was 3 lbs for me this month. Luckily went away at the end of it...

    I always used to gain 10 lbs at that time of the month & my daughter does too.

    ABSOLUTELY!! Last month at my TOM, i gained 7lbs!!! I was confused, frustrated, depressed etc. It's water retention hun. Stay off the scale for the rest of the week, it will be back to normal after.

    Yes. it can.because when T.O.M is visiting you get bloated for one, and for 2 it is water weight so it should come off when T.O.M leaves for the month..
