I am not sure if many woman have this issue, but when I exercise and do a lot of calisthenics and upper body lifting my chest shrinks significantly and nothing else seem to slim down. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendation as to what the best exercise to minimize this issue while toning arms, back and shoulders? thanks

You can't spot tone regardless of what you do. I.E...all the crunches in the world won't result in a slim waistline same as all the tricep extensions in the world won't create smooth lean arms.
Body fat is lost all over the total body at the same time, including the fat that is internal.
Body comp changes happen over a long term plan so give it time and you'll eventually see your shape define itself as it is meant to.

Sigh that really bites. I guess that means my chest will always be the first fat to be burn off before the the areas. Thanks for the insight!!0
