Hi there,
Looking for much needed support. Single, turning 46 no kids. I only have about 8 lbs to go to get to my healthy weigh - which is taking forever!!t. About to become unemployed come April and terrified of stress eating. I have lost 28 lbs so far by exercising and what I call common sense eating...I don't want to do anything extreme or the weight won't stay off.

To simplify things, drop your daily intake by 100 for 1 week and see if theres movement, at the same time, increase calories burned by 100 for 1 week. Your diary is closed so...0

I'm in the same boat (minus the job part). Last few pounds to go and all I want is to eat a bowl of chocolate, whipped cream and grasshopper cookies. But, I plan to use MFP to help me maintain calories after I am done losing weight.0
