Hi, I'm looking for others who are struggling with losing 10-15 lbs when you are of a certain age. I love working out and spend 4--7 hours a week doing Zumba, yoga and other forms of exercise. I keep losing and gaining the same 2 pounds! I would love to get some motivation and inspiration from others out there!!

Hi! Have you tried lifting?0

The less you have to lose, the more slowly it comes off. Set your goal to .5 lb. per week, and be patient.

Try a hiit program! I'm in the same boat, started a 30 day hitt, on day 11 now and I have already seen the scale and inches flying off! I have also been measuring and counting every calorie!0

I feel your pain. I'm 41 and can lose those first 2 pounds and then I stall.... and eventually give up. Because I'm petite those 10 pounds make a huge difference. Would love to not have to donate all my 'old' clothes.0
