I am generally more ruthless. Unless I know they are on vacation or have another reason to believe they are coming back, I tend to delete long before 2 months0

I never deactivate either... Friends come and go here.. One never knows what is going on in their lives.
They'll be back to pick up the program again.0 -
I delete when someone hasn't logged in in a month. Everyone can feel free to add me again, but I like to actually kind of be aware of the people that can read my stuff and I theirs0

10 days and they're gone (unless I knew they were going out of town or something along those lines)0

I am a ruthless deleter.
If they haven't ever interacted with me after making a FR, I delete. That could happen three weeks after they add me. I'm not looking for voyeurs.
If someone is inactive for about 3-4 weeks, they're deleted. I keep my friend list to those who are active on MFP.
If I know someone is having computer problems, is on vacation, having some real life issue that prevents logging on MFP, I won't delete them if they're gone for a while.0 -
I just deleted over half of my friends list but not because of inactivity
I am just ruthless clearly lol :glasses: :devil:0 -
I don't think there's a hard cap on the max number of friends and even if there is a hard cap I'll never come close to approaching it, so I'll never delete anyone for inactivity.0

Im struggling with this issue. Some on my FL have not interacted with me in a while and not sure why I want to keep them.0

I delete inactive people and those I never interact with. I'd rather a much smaller friends list of people I can get to now and talk to.0

6 months0

I am new here to MFP and have made a few friends in the month I have used this program. I don't think I would delete anyone unless they were offensive to me. Everyone here is fighting a battle and sometimes we will fail, but I would like to think that individuals will eventually find their way back. I make a promise to those I become friends with and that it to be here for the long haul and that means not giving up on them even when they give up on themselves. This is just my thoughts on the matter and everyone has the right to do what they feel is right but honestly what harm are those people doing by staying on your list.0

^^^This! I LOVE getting to know my friends. If all I ever see is a face or pic.. I can't really get to know you. I'm higher maintainance than that! :laugh:0
