Hello everyone!! I'm fairly new to MFP and from reading everyone's posts and looking at before & after pics I really have hope in reaching my goal weight. This site is so motivational and so far I've lost a few lbs so I'm on the right track. I'm just curious to know what has helped everyone lose their weight besides logging their food everyday??

Welcome!
You know what? It's pretty much just been logging everyday for me, so far anyway. Oh, I've also committed to wearing my iPod and dancing while I do house chores. All the time, have to dance, have to move, even doing dishes. While I'm not logging it, I'm probably racking up no less than 200-300 calories burned every day from that!
I bought myself a nice pair of jeans that are3 sizes to small, I have them hanging up on the back of my bedroom door; I'm going to wear them before the summer. Those are my strategies as of right now0 -
Hello and welcome! Honestly I have not been logging for that long. Just eat better and exercise and the weight will come off! Good luck, you can do it!0

Move and be more active along with logging calories. I made my Feb goal to walk 100 miles. I had a couple of mishaps and didn't quite make that I ended up at 78.6 or something - but still not bad! I have decided to reboot that challenge for March since it's a longer month. I lost 6 pounds doing that little challenge and logging every bite. I also have supportive pals on here. Also, you'll want to give your tape measure more love than a scale.
Six pounds doesn't seem like much, but i lost almost 3 inches off my waist and nearly that much off my hips Scales are not that great of a friend - but measurements don't lie!0 -
Welcome... I'm starting week 3 and logging is the key so far. Knowing how I'm tracking to the goal so I eat a more balanced diet. Good luck.0

Great comment regarding the jeans. I have a number of favorite jeans that I'm anxious to move to the top of my list of clothing options. That really motivates.0

Logging daily is good, but shouldn't be the only thing you do. Exercising, daily, and supporting others is needed as well. In return, this will give you the much needed support to stay motivated. The more connections you make, the harder it will be to quit.0
