I fell down some stairs last night and broke my right arm. I was doing the shred. That's a no go now. I walked at a brisk pace for an hour today. Anyone have any either suggestions I can do besides walking?

Broken forearm, so cast is below the elbow?
Walking outside, recumbent exercise bike at the gym, stairmill at the gym or up and down real stairs (carefully.... ;-) ). Any and all lower body strength training should be good. If not a gym member, lunges and standing leg lift (forward and to side) will strengthen your quads, hamstrings and hip flexors. Abs and back in the form of situps / crunches, prone leg lifts and superman for your lower back are all good.
A greenstick fracture of one of the bones in your forearm I believe is about 6 weeks to get the cast off. After 3-4 weeks you could see if your arm can take the shaking of jogging, but you're going to have to wait a few weeks from now to try it.0
