I'm officially overweight and excited about this!.

I have lost 23lbs, and my BMI is now 30.0. I'm no longer obese.
I'm 164lbs, but only 5'2". but 164lbs is a long way from the 187lbs, that I was 10 months ago.
I'm excited about my BMI even if I'm still overweight.
Now to keep going, and hopefully say good bye to overweight, and hello normal!

    I can relate! I HATED seeing that I was considered obese and, suddenly, being overweight looked appealing! Good job to you and keep that good feeling going!

    Woohoo Congrats! :happy: I'm trying to get into normal... I'm almost there its just going to take a while longer (hopefully!) ...its within reach and I will be elated when I get there because I started near the top end of overweight.
