I like the program. But a pity that i can not change the target of the ratio of carbohydrates, protein and fat. I've been lifting weights for eight years. And my body weight not obese. It would be nice if you added the ability for advanced users to change the target ratio of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
Perhaps you would have expanded the range of users, if this option added. There are many different diets, but you force to use its 50% carbohydrates, 30% fat, 20% protein.
Maybe I will pay attention to this program in the future, when this option will be added.

You can select your own macros, if you go to "my home", selelct goals, and tick custom and you can then choose what fats cards and protine you enter0
