Theoretical question on creating calorie deficit

My question is that if my normal calorie consumption was around 1600 and I needed to bring my calories down to 1300 could I create that deficit solely through exercise? Has that worked for anyone? Have you still seen weight loss?

Any deficit should work, but I don't think you'd be able to calculate it through MFP that way. They'll give you a deficit and then add back calories based on how many you burned.0 -
Yes. The deficit comes from diet or exercise or a combination of both. You'll still lose weight.
Lemon's post is inaccurate. She just doesn't understand how MFP works. Ignore her. Log your workouts and eat back at least 50% of the extra earned calories that MFP suggests.0
