Go for the McNuggets, even if they are McBeak. In fact, that is my go-to treat meal every month after I weigh. Last time I was there for the grand kids and only getting a side salad. Pulled up to the drive-through and from the speaker came a blaring "Would you like to try a 40-piece McNuggets?" Um yeah....in my dreams -- I wish! If you eat them very slowly it is quite satisfying.

I don't care much for the nuggets, and have never had a DQP. Those fries though, oh those fries!

Neither, make yourself a big tasty burger at home with some grass fed beef and wrap in in lettuce. Lettuce wrap burgers are so much better. I am now hooked on them. Then you cant treat yourself without the McNasty additives in the stuff.

I am now tipsy so I say BOTH. And while you're out, buy me more Girl Scout cookies.

    Please.

Nuggets are kinda gross. Quarter Pounder all the way.

McNuggets will leave you hungry, a double quarter pounder will fill you up. Enjoy!

The gas station I filled my truck up at today is beside a McDonalds... I could smell the chicken nuggets... It smelled soooooo good. I'd totally do the nuggets instead of the cardboard burger.

I don't believe in "garbage" food though... It's all just food, some have more nutrients, some have less. You're only torturing yourself if you don't treat yourself once in a while.

I'd pay to see a man's face when he eats a Double Quarter Pounder after two years of not doing it :D

I would go for the burger. Lots of protein and I find that I can't really fit a store bought burger into my calorie goals* regularly, so if I'm going to treat myself, I'm going for the burger and fries.

    * "fit into my calorie goals"= "Can I eat this and still have calories left for Samoas?"

I always go nuggets. McD's burgers really do nothing for me if I'm being completely honest. I've never liked them.

Actually the burger is probably a better choice since it's not deep fried. You could always skip one or both buns.

i would say the burger is slightly better for you but your best off going with what your craving the most- if your gonna treat yourself may as well get whatever you want :)

I didn't have enough calories and I ate them anyway. Mostly Tagalongs though.

I would go the McNuggets route, but I'm a chicken person.

I really like Wend'y spicy chicken nuggets so if you're in a situation like this again, head over there. Try it with the honey mustard sauce
