The gas station I filled my truck up at today is beside a McDonalds... I could smell the chicken nuggets... It smelled soooooo good. I'd totally do the nuggets instead of the cardboard burger.0

neither.
make yourself something healthy and call it the day.
Thats not a treat its just garbage.
why do that to your body??
just my opnion though! lol0 -
Cause garbage tastes soooooooooooooooo good.0

I have not eaten at Mcds in almost 2 years.
theres food out there that can be amazing treats without doing that to your body
why work SO hard to just through it away!

I don't believe in "garbage" food though... It's all just food, some have more nutrients, some have less. You're only torturing yourself if you don't treat yourself once in a while.0 -

I'd pay to see a man's face when he eats a Double Quarter Pounder after two years of not doing it0 -
Oh I do treat myself. I own a full menu french fry trailer actually lol Im just pointing out there are way better treats out there then that garbage they call food.
Go to a fry truck and have a fresh cut fry instead0 -
I would go for the burger. Lots of protein and I find that I can't really fit a store bought burger into my calorie goals* regularly, so if I'm going to treat myself, I'm going for the burger and fries.
* "fit into my calorie goals"= "Can I eat this and still have calories left for Samoas?"0 -
I always go nuggets. McD's burgers really do nothing for me if I'm being completely honest. I've never liked them.0
-
Actually the burger is probably a better choice since it's not deep fried. You could always skip one or both buns.0
-
i would say the burger is slightly better for you but your best off going with what your craving the most- if your gonna treat yourself may as well get whatever you want0

I would go the McNuggets route, but I'm a chicken person.
I really like Wend'y spicy chicken nuggets so if you're in a situation like this again, head over there. Try it with the honey mustard sauce0 -
I would stay outta McDonald's0
