I'm 5"3 and 135lbs.
I'm an ex rugby player, and do a lot of running, so it has to be said a lot of that weight is in my legs muscles. My body fat percentage is fairly low, but it could certainly stand to be lower.
Measurements: 36"-26"-36" (Perfect hourglass - a shape I'd like to keep!)

I'm 5'5 and my starting weight (first few days of this current year) was 151, the heaviest I have ever been. I'm currently at 135, but my goal is 125, about a size 2-4 for my frame. Getting married in June so I am pumped to see how much my dress needs to be altered (and not excited about the $$! ????)0

I am 27 years old, 5 ft 3.5 inches and weigh 9 stone 10 pounds which works out to be about 136 pounds ( this is the most I've ever weighed
I am aiming to be 112 - 120 pounds which should take me to between 8 - 8 1/2 stone which I think is about right for my height and build

I'm 5' 3", Weight currently 234. (originally I was 270). Dropped from a size 22 to a 16 since December and lost 5inches off my natural waist by lowering calories to 1000-1100/day and cutting out the majority of sugars and carbs.
