    I'm two weeks away from finishing my round of insanity. I have a relatively small chest, 34-C... and before I started my chest and stomach stuck out the same if you looked at me from the side. Now I have a chest again :)

    Feel free to creep me. As it says in my MFP fitspiration, abs are made in the kitchen. I don't do any situps or crunches. :smile:
