Apple Shape, Hydroxy Cut Second Time Around

Today Marks day 1 of my second massive and very serious journey. First time around I gave birth to my first kid and was 192 lbs 6 months after giving birth. I am a young mother and had to return back to highschool, when I realized I was pretty heavy. I started taking weight training with the guys and walking on the tread mill during gym. I lost 30 lbs my senior year of highschool and felt pretty good. I continued working out when I went to college but was not eating right. I fried food a lot and went to fast food restaurants ofter. I maintained my weightless but had no type of tone or shape. I am a APPLE SHAPE. I moved to atlanta and have not worked out for two years.

NOW I am ready to get back into it and actually gain much needed muscle mass and for once go from a apple shape to a hourglass. I have never been small but I can see my body is not meant to be shaped this way. Any who hydroxycut helped a lot the first time around, I took the pills as directed but did not start off the first week with just 1 pill, but i was fine. today I started with two, had a salad and drank lots of water. There are two things wrong with this. one, I only had a salad instead of having a full lunch. two, I started with 2 on the first day! I thought why the hell not. I jogged a mile and did some dumbbell exercises for ten minutes. as I'm walking back to my apartment Im getting nauseated and faint and alls I'm thinking is please let me make it in the house. I did, when i made it through the door i layer down and closed my eyes for about 15 minutes. I felt a lot better but throughout the day, but I am using the bathroom like every 15 mins and my stomach has just been turning! I will not jump into it like that anymore. Trying to stay hydrated.

more background info: I do not drink soda, coffee or juice. I do not eat pork or beef. I eat plenty of vegetables and fruit, chicken and fish. I don't eat white rice or candy. I have an ok diet, I would like to learn more. Even though I eat pretty good I don't think i have enough calories. Im soft all over weighing about 165 lbs.

Looking more so for support and just trying to keep track of my journey because I'm very serious.
