A minimum of 700 calories per day is silly and a maximum of 1250 is questionable. How tall are you?

I lost my last 10 lbs by increasing cals. Eating 700-1200 isn't enough for anyone.

Change your weekly loss goal to a half pound a week, eat your calories and your exercise cals, and be patient.

She's shorter than you and she eats way more than you, and exercises less, and she lost the weight.

In one of your other posts you mentioned not using weights because you "don't wanna gain a ton of muscle". That's never going to happen on 700-1200 cals a day, or even on 1500 most likely. Muscle is built on a calorie surplus with plenty of protein.

Muscle is LOST on very low calories and inadequate nutrition, which is the path you're on at this calorie level.

    OP:
You have medical issues and abruptly stopped your recovery from anorexia because you hit goal weight. I suggest you seek a professional who is aware of your medical history and your immediate needs.

You stated in at least one of your previous threads that you are in recovery from anorexia.

I think you need to really talk with your therapist and doctor. If you stopped getting treatment, please seek help again!

you're only half an inch taller than me but I have not hit a plateau consuming 1200-1500cal. The rare times I eat 700cal is during rest days when I'm also focusing on low carb food, avoiding fruits, flour, grains, starchy foods. In other words, I'm not starving myself. If you hit a plateau most likely because your metabolism slowed down and your body is conserving calories. As someone who dropped three pant sizes in 5 months and still weighed the same at 130 lbs. I urge you to check other signs of progress, take measurements, and compare photos. I would be worried if you lost weight with the little calories you're consuming as it could signify loss of bone density and muscle tone.

Your current weight happens to be my goal weight, but I am aiming for fat loss not weight loss. You might get better results if you change your perspective and not rely too much on what the scale says :) Google "non-scale progress" or "non-scale victory."

Listen, you either need to be in treatment for an eating disorder or you need to stop trolling. Either way, I am not sure how one person who so routinely posts about VLC diets is allowed to continue. It's sad, horrifying, and if you actually are suffering from a disorder you need help that you aren't going to find here.

I agree. Her whole posting history reeks of being either a pro-ana troll or just an attention seeker as someone said above. Either way, it does need to stop as there are people on here in actual recovery and working hard to better their health.
