Hi All,

Giving this a second try. Interested in hearing about anyone else's success using this tool? What are some tips to keep in mind?

    Hi there....

    Tips... Hmmm I think the # 1 tip is HONESTLY log everything you eat.

    #2 don't take everyone's advice or opinions to heart if they don't jive with your thinking... You know what will or won't work... But on the same note... Don't ask for advice if you are not willing to at least listen lol.

    #3 don't get cocky or too comfortable in yourself.. I thought I could eat whatever I wanted during the holiday.. I mean after all I KNOW how to lose weight (dropped 70 lb last year) so I did just that... Ate, and ate and ate some more for most of December... And so here I am again... Having gained 12 lbs and not seeing it fall right off like I thought it would... I personally opened Pandora's box... Not that this would happen to everyone.. But it did me. I found myself sneaking food in private and it was then that I knew I had to get back on the wagon again.

    Best of luck and remember honest logging, weigh your food and remember what we eat in private... We wear in public...
