I've been doing the 30ds and on 1200cals (plus eating back the calories I burn) for about 2 weeks now. I have lost about 2.5 kg all up so far but i'm finding that I have really really low energy. Yawning, lethargic muscles etc... I think I need to up my calorie intake per day. I'm just not sure what would be reasonable? I want to eat healthy, lose weight and keep the weight off.

I've opened my diary up so you can see what i'm eating. I didn't track for a couple of days over the weekend as it was my Bday.
I'm thinking of changing my calorie inake to maybe 1400 - 1500cals per day? Does that sound okay?

Seeing as you've not been eating all your exercise calories back most days (by around 200 calories) you could start by eating those back and go from there

Thanks. I'll give that a try first. I just got a HRM today and did my workout using it. Turns out I burn 220 more calories than I've been guesstimating! So might help if I eat those extra ones back too.

If you need to eat more, try adding some protein, as you are pretty low.
