Struggling to stay under calorie goal

Recently I've been struggling to stay under my calorie goal of 2030 a day, and I don't know why - I've been fine for about 100 days but the past week or two, I've just really struggled and I'll waste like 150-200 calories on some Nutella, it's just frustrating because I feel like it's stalling my progress, so does anybody have any tips to help me stay under my goal?
Thanks for the help in advance!

You may actually be eating too little, especially for a 19 year old male. Have you calculated your TDEE recently?0

Have you been more active than usual?
Have you verified your TDEE lately?
Are you trying to eat at too large of a deficit?
Maybe it's time to throw away the Nutella.0 -
I don't use the TDEE method, I use the recommended calorie goal MFP gave me when I set my profile/goals. I also work out (mainly lifting weights and a bit of power walking) around 3-4 times a week.0

Do you eat back your exercise calories? Even if you do not follow TDEE, it's helpful to know your numbers. I follow my MFP goal and eat back a portion of my exercise calories, but I also know my TDEE-20%, so as long as I am in between my MFP goal and my TDEE-20% I'm fine. It helps on days I am extra hungry.0
