How many calories did I burn?

I did a fitness DVD today called "Maracattack" and I've looked every where and can't find out how many calories I burned. I was doing it for a while so it must have been a lot
I did;
- a 5 minute warmup
- 20 minute cardio session
- 5 minute high intensity cardio routine
- 10 minutes of core exercises
- 10 minutes of arm/leg exercise
- 10 minutes of bum exercise (yes i know it sound stupid but thats on the back of the DVD)
Does anyone know how to find out or work it out?

    This is why I have a FitBit. I let my ZIP calculate the calories burned for me so that I'm not making myself crazy trying to figure these things out myself.

    If you want to calculate in MFP put it under aerobic, then choose the intensity.

    How intense was your perceived exertion? Moderate cardio burns approximately 6-8 calories per minute and vigorous cardio will burn 9-13 calories per minute. Alternatively you can enter that breakdown into MFP and find the most similar sort of exercise and record it like that.

    I would say ~480 calories would be a reasonable guess. A lot of that depends on your current size and fitness level though.

    Why not just record the whole thing as 60 minutes of aerobic activity?

    the best thing to do if you want a accurate idea of how many calories you burn is to get a heart rate monitor. If you
    use the estimate calories burned on this site, you will be off by a lot....
