25 days of cardio

I know that many of workout way more than I do! I need some accountability partners. I am committing to 25 days of cardio (at least 30 minutes a day). I understand that this is beyond doable yet I haven't kept up! Who will commit with me? Today would be day one! Just come back here and post each day until March 28. Easy enough/

    I got my 30 minutes in yesterday! T 25 kicked my butt! I am tapped out...lol! But I gotta get my 30 in at least.

    Im want in! Im on day 1 of my weight lost journey to lose 100lbs and this challenge would be great for me.

    Week 1 Goal: 3500

    3/1 Day 1: Rest Day
    3/2 Day 2: 787 Calories (45 minutes of Yay! It's warm (Lunchtime Walk))
    3/3 Day 3: No burn: Fighting a cold :sick:
    3/4 Day 4: No burn: Fighting a cold :sick:
    3/5 Day 5: 1164 Calories (75 minutes of walking/jogging (3.75miles)) :wink:

    Day 4 and I am feeling better already! The effect of consistency is AMAZING! Also, I am LOVING livestrong.com ! It has taken the guess workout out of the journey! I have not choice but to do it! It provides me with daily workouts and suggested meals! Thats exactly what I need to stay on track! Thank you ladies for traveling with me :)

    I'd be in too but I rest on Fridays so I wouldn't make a 25 day unbroken streak. Really good luck though :smile:

    It rainy out today. Got 35 mins in doing a dvd, boosted walking 2 miles.
