Wondering if anyone knows...
I use GNC Lean Protein 25 shake for a meal replacement and it just occurred to me that the serving size indicates 'Two scoops' for 200 calories. Does anyone know if the scoop it comes with actually equals two scoops? or is that just one scoop?
Thanks!

I would assume if it says two scoops for one serving, it's talking about the provided scoop. I still use my scale to weigh out powder though, just to be more precise, so I look at the grams0

I've learned that a "scoop" of protein powder can be anything from "slightly less than one level scoop that came with it" to "heaping overflowing mountain of scoop."
You need to weigh it.0 -
Next to where it says "2 scoops" It should also say the amount of grams that make up the 2 scoops. Weigh it.0

Thats how these companies get you, you suddenly realise your shake is only going to last 15 days a tub if you have their servings lol0

It should say how many grams it is too... Weigh it. Way more accurate.0
