Can't go to the gym?

Usually, 6 days a week, I go to the gym for two hours (1 hour cardio 1 hour strength training, or just two hours cardio if I feel like it) but today it's snowing so I can't go since roads are bad and I can't jog outside either obviously so what's a good alternative that I can do at home today?

Put on some music and dance around. If you've got stairs, run up and down them several times. Do jumping jacks, jump rope, run and walk in place. Do body weight exercises like push-ups, planks, squats, lunges, etc. If you've got any gallon jugs laying around, fill em up and use those as weights (about 8 pounds when filled with water). Go onto YouTube and check out the fitness videos. There's also a website called fitnessblender. I've never tried it myself but seen it recommended many times on here.

I think a rest day might do you good. Try some yoga or pilates (search YouTube).0
