I am trying to loose weight and as you can see from my food diary I am a compulsive over eater, however since I started logging my food , I should have gained somewhere in the region of 4kgs in a month due to the amount I eat. Instead I have maintained my weight, I am not complaining but why is this? Any tips to eat less would be greatly appreciated.

Why do you want to eat less? You're losing now. The only explanation I have is that perhaps you are overestimating your food when it is take out? Some days you log around 1800 - 2200, some days as much as 8000. That's a lot of food. However, since you still have some weight to lose, I'm not sure what the problem is.

You're obviously burning more than you take in for the week. What do you do to burn so much? When I power-lifted I was on 4-5k.... and your on 8?

    Seriously... WTF do you do?
  • I am an ex national swimmer so used to eat 8000 religiously everyday (Michael Phelps style hah) I do a small amount of running now but not much, I have days where I slip back into the old routine of food whoring everything I set my eyes on
