First Line Therapy Program

Hi All,

Anyone here on or heard of the First Line Therapy program? It's used to treat insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome/syndrome X.

My Dr. suggested it as a model to follow and I'm wondering if anyone has experience with the plan.

    I haven't followed it religiously, but I'm trying to apply many of the principals. How has your experience been?
